Process or Result: Which one is better Many people work, too oriented and focused, on achieving the result rather than give the best at the process. Personally, I prefer giving my whole mind into the process instead of forcing myself to achieve the result at work. I believe the whole process is much more important than a result. It might seem peculiar but I just want to explain further why it is better to focus in the process than the result based on my insight and paradigm. Orienting in the process inevitably prevents you to sink in overwhelming stress and depression. Many of ambitious-people get stress and anxious because they just solely focus on what they want to achieve. It will surely hypnotize their mind into negativity. Pelaksanaan Olimpiade Sains Nasional SMA 2015, Yogyakarta, 17-23 Mei 2015, tinggal menghitung hari. Para peserta tentu sedang mempersiapkan yang terbaik untuk berkompetisi di salah satu ajang paling bergengsi di kalangan pelajar ini. OSN SMA 2014 diadakan di Lombok, Mataram, Nusa Tenggara Barat pada tanggal 1-7 September 2014. Saya adalah salah satu dari sembilan kontingen dari provinsi Jawa Barat.
